FAQs

Transamerica Life (Bermuda) Ltd accepts Payment by Overseas Telegraphic Transfer (TT) / Local Transfer from any banks or financial institutions that are regulated under their respective jurisdictions. Kindly be reminded that the bank charges for TT are borne by the payor, including intermediary bank charges, if any. Please refer to the payment method details on the back page of the premium notice. 

In addition, Transamerica Life (Bermuda) Ltd accepts payment via Faster Payment System (FPS) for the policies issued in Hong Kong. Please scan the FPS QR code on the premium notice.

Cash payment is not accepted. Please do not deposit cash into our accounts.

Payment should be made by the policy owner/life insured. Third party payment is not allowed unless the payor is one of the following types of relationship with the policy owner / life insured:

• Spouse
• Parent
• Child
Company of which the policy owner / life insured is a director or shareholder


Payment must be submitted together with satisfactory proof of the payor's relationship with the policy owner/life insured and is subject to our approval.
